These Terms govern your use of CatchSay ("the service"), an AI-powered saju (Four Pillars) and fortune-telling product. By using the service you agree to these Terms. They are currently provided in English; localized versions may follow.

1. Entertainment purpose

Readings, chats, and voice content are generated by AI for entertainment and self-reflection only. They are not professional advice and must not be relied upon for medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other important decisions.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You must meet the minimum age in your jurisdiction (at least 13).

3. Plans, tokens & payments

  • The service offers subscription plans and token packs. Prices are shown at checkout.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew until canceled.
  • You may cancel a subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments and consumed tokens are non-refundable.

4. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no unlawful activity, harassment, attempts to disrupt or reverse engineer the service, automated scraping, or use that infringes others' rights.

5. Intellectual property

The service, including its characters, designs, and software, is owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service.

6. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI outputs are accurate, complete, or suitable for any purpose.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.

8. Changes & termination

We may update these Terms or modify or discontinue the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
